Cheers!

I am always amazed, surprised, and or touched at the way Ellie approaches the Lord’s Table.  Yesterday she excitedly held her bread in her hands until Sean had said “Bread from Heaven! Take and eat!”  Then she held her bread up in one hand and “clinked” it against mine, as she would have a wine glass.  She has a better handle on “joyfully serious/seriously joyful” than her mother.

  1. I missed Lúthien during communion. There is just nothing like enjoying communion with a little one excitedly clapping and asking for the cup! It made me smile to look at your kids and borrow from their excitement.
