Canned Pickled Jalapenos

Our jalapeno pepper plants are producing very well for us this summer!  Katie and I harvested 39 of them yesterday, which was enough to try out this recipe, doubled, for canned pickled jalapenos. Sean will love these on Texas Spuds and Taco Soup, and probably on other things I don’t want to contemplate without a handful of antacids.

Now that we’ve done 2 recipes of refrigerator pickles, I think I’ll take the cucumbers we’ve collected in the past few days and try a canned dill recipe.
